JA ranch horses have to have stamina, speed and athletic ability. In our rough country, a horse has to be able to travel all day. Many of the performance horses have the size and stamina bred out of them. Red Jolly Rancher is a smooth traveling, athletic horse with a lot of cow. He should help retain the qualities that have made the JA a producer of ranch horses.
