Receiving cattle:  Properly handling your cattle requires as much notice as possible.   Because we often operate at full capacity, proper notice will assure you a pen.   We suggest that you contact us 45 to 90 days in advance of your estimated shipping dates to make arrangements for pen space.   Please notify us as to an exact date of arrival at least one week before shipping.  Cattle that arrive from 6:00am to 10:00pm receive the best attention; however, should your cattle need to arrive outside of these hours, please let us know!
