Manager Laphe Laroe is a detail oriented manager who started as a pen rider at Caprock 4 at Dalhart and worked his way up into management at Cap 4 and then in Caprock’s corporate office in cattle procurement.    Laphe was brought up in Hartley and eastern New Mexico on cattle operations.   His experience in cattle buying and cattle handling compliments the depth and experience of the rest of McLean’s staff.
