Our goal
is to be prepared to handle all
types of cattle: from high risk calves to yearlings.
Good communications from you,
the customer, are essential to the starting success of your cattle.
Research shows that cattle that have been properly weaned and vaccinated
will generate better feeding results and more bottom line profit to the
producer. The health history
and vaccination program will help us provide custom care and save you money. Our cowboy crew is very well trained to meet your
cattle’s needs.
Our consulting veterinarian Dr. Clint Irwin assists us in setting up our processing programs and treatment programs. He makes frequents visits and phone calls to the feedyard to help us with any problems that may occur. Laphe LaRoe directly supervises the cattle care program. Each pen is ridden every day by our cowboy staff. Any sick cattle are pulled from the pen and taken to one of three hospitals for treatment. The cattle are usually observed for a couple of days after treatment so that they be monitored for further complication and have a chance to get back up on feed. Any deads will be reported to the customer weekly by mail. You will be notified of any severe or unusual health problems with your cattle by our management.
